We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item on full-priced homewares items only (excluding artwork) and only accept unused items in their original condition, in the original packaging with the tags attached and the receipt or proof of purchase. Store credits will be issued if the same item is unavailable and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. House of Orange will not accept liability for any breakages or damages to goods which have been moved from the original delivery point.
