We created a bar table that can also be converted into a kitchen island with a storage platform underneath for all your tableware, pots and pans. Eve became our bestselling piece for indoor and outdoor use.

The Eve Bar Table is made to order and custom built by hand right here in Melbourne. We use sustainably grown Eco Pine from New Zealand, or for outdoors, we use all weather proof Accoya© Timber from the Netherlands. It is available in various sizes and beautiful finishes to suit your space or style. Our custom made pieces have a lead-time of 10-12 weeks or an additional option to fast track to 6 weeks. Free collection is available from our workshop in Bentleigh East, Victoria.

Any delivery costs will be offered under cost price and will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.

For Victoria we offer full installation.

Orders delivered to other Australian states arrive flat packed and ready for easy installation using an Allen key and Phillips head screwdriver. Assembly takes roughly 40 minutes.

Warranties

5 Year Warranty On Defects

House of Orange warrants all beds, tables and other made to order products.

We cover manufacturing or product defects i.e. materials and workmanship for a 5 year period.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use, no proper maintenance and modified goods.

Returns

Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind for made to order furniture.

How do you create the perfect outdoor bar?

Our most popular bar combinations are limewash and stonewash when mixed in with contrasting charcoal in our backless bar stools. These colour combinations make an easy modern, earthy vibe that doesn’t date and relates well to all sorts of weather.

Our bar tables can be made nice and wide with the possibility of adding on an extra customised design to include space for a bar fridge.

How do I design and style a home bar?

When you are deciding on your home bar, we suggest you account for these points;

Please start with the location and space, is it indoor, outdoor or both?
Do you want to be able to move it around your home for different occasions?
Then the features like its finish or colour.
Stools, how many do you want to sit? How do I need the seats to store in my home or outdoor area?

For mobility and versatility, we offer castors ( wheels with breaks ) and Accoya Outdoor Timber for a bar that can be enjoyed inside or out and easily rolled from location to location.

We offer either backed or backless stools, backless stools do slide under to make a refined, tight area. We offer Rattan stools both in black and natural weaves, these backed stools create versatility to ensure you can insert the new bar into an established home or outdoors.

We suggest our Rattan hand woven stools when incorporating a new bar into an established home or outdoors. These stools combine a refined finish with a natural look, and these backed stools come in either black or natural weave.

Your home bar doesn’t need to be too tall, which is why we excel at this type of custom furniture. As you might have found, it is tough to find bar furniture under 90cm, which also still comes with under storage.

The most popular finishes for our bars are New Dutch Blonde and Charcoal.

The charcoal works very nicely with the rattan black weave stool.

What height should my bar stools be?

We make our bar tables to Australian industry standards. The bar table height is 900 mm or 90cm, so the bar stools should be 66cm. Though we hand make custom furniture in Melbourne, we can make bar tables to the international standard height of 110cm and the matching stools at 76cm. From our vast experience making furniture for all heights of people, We highly recommend contacting us to discuss any alternative custom furniture features.
