Returns

Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind. We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item on full-priced homewares items only (excluding artwork) and only accept unused items in their original condition, in the original packaging with the tags attached and the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these criteria are not met.

Products will be inspected upon their return and exchanges or store credits issued for the original value of the items excluding shipping costs. Store credits will be issued if the same item is unavailable and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. House of Orange will not accept liability for any breakages or damages to goods which have been moved from the original delivery point.

Refund, exchange or store credit is available should you receive a damaged or faulty item. In such cases, please supply clear images of the item along with your contact details and order number to retail@houseoforange.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Variation of stock occurs due to the nature of some products and is not a fault as some products are made from recycled materials or are hand made. House of Orange will not replace or refund change of mind stock based on variations. Please notify us upon ordering your piece should you have specific requests as far as variation is concerned.

House of Orange will not credit or exchange items that have been subjected to unsuitable conditions.

We can only provide an ETA for dispatched orders and this is strictly a guideline. For small goods allow 5 business days for delivery, for large or sensitive items (furniture) allow 10 business days for delivery.

House of Orange will not be liable for any late deliveries. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier for delivery times and we can provide relevant tracking details upon request. Delivery charges involve a drop-off service only unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Re-direction, re-delivery or extra assistance will incur additional costs. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and payable to House of Orange before the delivery is finalised. Replacement items can only be delivered to the original address supplied at the time of purchase.

Warehouse collection is available for customers wishing to collect orders with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection times are between 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. House of Orange will not be liable for any damages that occur after leaving our warehouse, as this is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the freight provider at the time. Items are required to be checked at the time of collection.
